H&R Block, Inc. seeks a Real Estate Program Manager to execute the strategic vision for our nationwide real estate portfolio and position our properties for long-term success across ~2,200 locations.

You will oversee day-to-day decisions, direct Cushman & Wakefield, manage 700+ lease renewals and growth opportunities, and drive relocations, new offices and remodels. You’ll partner with Legal, Field Planning, Insurance and Sourcing to deliver coordinated strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10 years Real Estate or related management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee real estate strategy for ~2,200 locations.
• Direct Cushman & Wakefield, our outsourced provider.
• Manage 700+ lease renewals and office growth opportunities.
• Oversee relocations, new offices, and remodel projects.
• Develop and implement Market Plans for all markets.
• Collaborate with Legal, Field Planning, Insurance, and Sourcing.
