Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the State Bar of Texas in good standing.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in commercial real estate matters with dispute experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial real estate litigation matters from intake through resolution.
• Lead pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and mediation and settlement strategy.
• Coordinate case strategy, budgeting, and client communications.
• Provide practical advice on dispute risk and resolution options, including related real estate transactional issues as needed.
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to drive matters forward efficiently.
