• Handle pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Advise clients on case strategy, risk, budgeting, and settlement positioning.
• Develop new business through marketing, relationship building, and cross-selling within the firm.
• Maintain and grow a portable practice with consistent client service.
