Qualifications

• Civil litigation experience in pleadings, discovery, and trials/arbitrations.
• Proven track record of high-quality work product.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Strong time-management and deadline-prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other court submissions.
• Propound and respond to discovery requests.
• Conduct client and witness interviews; take and defend depositions.
• Appear in court and mediation; negotiate settlements.
• Collaborate with expert witnesses and trial teams.
