Williams Kastner, a premier multi-practice law firm, seeks an experienced Litigation Associate to join our Washington state practice. The position requires 5+ years of private practice, WA license, and strong written and oral skills to handle employment, construction, or commercial litigation matters.

Qualifications

• Law degree and WA bar admission required; Idaho bar admission is a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication, including the ability to analyze and convey complex information.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage case strategy and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, pleadings, discovery requests, and research memorandums.
• Advise clients on legal rights and assist in developing and implementing trial strategy.
• Gather evidence in cases to formulate a defense or initiate legal action.
• Conduct research, interview clients and witnesses, and prepare for trial.
• Prepare legal briefs, develop strategy, arguments, and testimony for court presentation.
• Retain and engage experts for deposition and trial, and defend experts in depositions.
• Represent clients in court and before administrative agencies.
