Realized Holdings, Inc. seeks a Due Diligence Associate for Private Placements in Austin, TX or Remote. You will own the due diligence process for new offerings and sponsors, building robust reviews and executive summaries.

This role reports to senior leadership and offers base salary with bonus eligibility. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in CRE or securities due diligence, strong financial modeling, and advanced Excel; ARGUS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in CRE lending/investment management or securities due diligence.
• Exposure to multiple property types, strategies and geographies.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities; SQL preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead due diligence on new offerings and sponsors, reviewing PMs, leases, statements and reports.
• Evaluate sponsors for track record, strategy consistency, fees, and alignment.
• Underwrite and model CRE investments across property types and structures; build new models as needed.
• Find inefficiencies and work with Technology to automate diligence workflows.
• Serve as SME for Product/Development on new products and features; assist testing.
• Represent Research on valuation and reporting projects.
• Use AI-assisted tools to speed up document review and verify outputs against sources.
• Follow competitive landscape in real estate, alternatives and capital markets.
• Lead complex transactions from initial review to management recommendation.
