Flexential Corp. is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to provide financial, analytical, and presentation support across investments, development planning, and portfolio management.

The role reports to the Vice President, Real Estate and collaborates with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will build and maintain financial models for acquisitions and developments, craft executive-level analyses for leadership and the Board, and translate complex information into compelling visuals to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in real estate analysis, development finance, corporate finance, or related fields.
• Experience building financial models for real estate transactions, development projects, or capital investments.
• Familiarity with lease administration, landlord relations, and portfolio management practices.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for financial modeling and executive presentations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain financial models for real estate acquisitions, development projects, and investments.
• Build development pro formas, budgets, cost forecasts, and investment scenarios.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and reports for leadership and boards.
• Support portfolio management, lease administration, and landlord communications.
