The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in private equity, real estate development, or investment banking, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in private equity, real estate development, or investment banking.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to create financial analysis from scratch.
• Ability to collaborate with others and work on a team.
• Willingness to work hard in a demanding and highly focused environment.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with senior team members on financial analysis and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including lenders, investors, and consultants.
• Participate in meetings, due diligence visits, and other interactions to gain exposure to key elements of investment processes.
• Build and maintain financial models for real estate investments and developments.
• Support deal structuring, financing strategies, and investment committee presentations.
• Conduct research and participate in strategic planning and review of new acquisitions and the existing portfolio.
• Develop an understanding of Fort Partners’ investment strategy.
