Job summary

Flexential Corp. is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to provide financial, analytical, and presentation support for its Real Estate organizations. You will build models for acquisitions, development projects, and capital investments, and prepare executive-ready materials for leadership, the Board, and stakeholders.

You will also support portfolio management, lease administration, market research, and cross-functional partnerships to influence strategic decision-making and portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate analysis or related fields.
• Familiar with commercial real estate concepts, lease administration, and portfolio management.
• Strong Excel, financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for acquisitions, development, and capital investments.
• Prepare development pro formas, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Conduct ROI, sensitivity, and scenario analyses to inform decisions.
• Support site selection, market opportunities, and portfolio growth strategies.
• Manage lease administration and landlord communications.
• Produce executive dashboards and presentation materials for leadership and boards.
• Track portfolio performance and key metrics.
