Job summary

Flexential is seeking a Real Estate Program Manager in the United States. This senior individual contributor leads large-scale real estate programs, transactions, and strategic initiatives to support growth, scalability, and portfolio performance.

You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, Design & Construction, Energy, Product, and Executive Leadership to drive high-impact projects. The role operates with significant autonomy across planning and execution, managing budgets,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Admin, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–12 years in commercial real estate, program/portfolio management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the data center industry.
• Experience leading complex real estate transactions and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of CRE principles, due diligence, financial analysis, and portfolio planning.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead real estate programs and strategic initiatives supporting growth and portfolio optimization.
• Evaluate market opportunities and site selection through financial and strategic analyses.
• Develop recommendations for leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, renewals and portfolio decisions.
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for efficiency and scalability.
• Support development and execution of short- and long-range portfolio strategies.
• Manage complex real estate transactions from evaluation to handoff to stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations with brokers, landlords, developers, consultants, attorneys, and partners.
• Drive project schedules, budgets, due diligence, approvals, and milestones.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect objectives.
• Ensure initiatives align with operational requirements and business priorities.
