Savers Value Village is seeking a Real Estate Manager to source and deliver new donation centers across the Western United States, with remote work from the Midwest or Texas and 50% travel. You will manage market evaluations, site identification, lease and license negotiations, and entitlements with cross‑functional partners.

A Bachelor’s in real estate/finance/business and at least five years in commercial real estate are required.

Qualificações

• Extensive experience in managing property rentals and development.
• Experience negotiating leases and legal documents, and determining rental rates.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing the successful delivery of donation center projects from start to finish.
• Managing market evaluations for growth areas in the Western United States.
• Identifying and managing brokerage networks; identifying potential sites.
• Negotiating offers to lease or license and related renewals/amendments.
