Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in escrow, title, or closing services required.
Experience as a Title Examiner, Abstractor, or similar is a plus.
Must have (or be able to obtain) state title license and notary commission.
Responsibilities
Manage the full escrow and closing process for real estate transactions.
Serve as the main point of contact for buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys.
Prepare and conduct closings for sale and loan transactions.
Review and resolve any title issues quickly and accurately.
Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and required services.
Communicate clearly with all parties and keep transactions on track.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the process.
