Job summary

Rehmann is seeking an Client Accounting and Advisory Operations Manager to lead advanced accounting and advisory engagements for a diverse client base. You will drive innovative solutions, supervise detailed accounting work, and foster cross-team collaboration to deliver measurable client outcomes.

You will mentor staff, build strong client relationships, and explore opportunities to involve other Rehmann specialists.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting and consulting experience.
• CPA or related certifications preferred.
• Strong client relationship development and service mindset.
• Experience mentoring and coaching team members.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing innovative solutions for clients’ financial and business needs.
• Preparing, supervising and reviewing detailed accounting functions and work papers.
• Building relationships internally to foster teamwork and collaboration.
• Mentoring associates as they navigate their career paths.
• Identifying opportunities to involve other Rehmann specialists with existing clients.
