As an independent contractor, you’ll earn a flat-rate payment per field event while affiliates gain access to optional educational services to grow your skills. A license and MLS/realtor association participation are encouraged, with transportation and tech readiness essential.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license for the state you will work
• Smartphone, laptop and GPS or willingness to obtain them
• Willingness to join MLS and Realtor Association
• Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market

Responsibilities

• Show homes, host open houses, attend inspections
