Qualifications

• Real estate license in the state where you'll work.
• Smartphone, laptop, and GPS are required or willingness to obtain them.
• Willingness to join MLS and Realtor Association.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your market.

Responsibilities

• Show homes.
• Host open houses.
• Attend inspections.
• Set your own hours and workload.
