Redfin is seeking an Associate Agent to help clients buy and sell homes with flexible scheduling and the ability to work remotely in the field. You will show homes, host open houses, attend inspections, and manage workload with little to no closing pressure.

As an independent contractor, you’ll earn a flat-rate payment per field event, with optional free educational services to grow your skills and advance your real estate career.

Qualifications

• Real estate license in the state where you’ll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin.
• Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to obtain them.
• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.
• Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market.

Responsibilities

• Show homes, host open houses, attend inspections.
• Set your own hours and control your workload.
• Get plenty of customers, especially on weekends.
• No sales pressure, contracts, or closings.
• Work remotely out in the field – no office visits required.
• Free, optional educational services to grow your skills.
• Pay: As an independent contractor, you’ll earn a flat‑rate payment per field event.
