Redfin is seeking new and experienced real estate agents for the Associate Agent role, a flexible opportunity to grow skills and earn money in real estate without closing a transaction. You can show homes, host open houses, attend inspections, set your own hours, and control your workload while serving customers remotely.

As an independent contractor, you’ll be paid a flat rate per field event, with optional free educational services to develop your skills.

Qualifications

• Real estate license in the state where you'll work and willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin.
• Smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to get them.
• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.
• Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market.

Responsibilities

• Show homes
