Job summary

Lamba Coaching is seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Accountant to manage day-to-day bookkeeping for our online real estate coaching business, serving USA, Canada, and beyond. You will handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, tax filings, and monthly financial statements, working independently from a remote setup.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 3+ years full-cycle accounting, and strong Excel skills; prior Canadian/US regulatory knowledge is

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of Full Cycle Accounting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Online Accounting & Microsoft Excel.
• Must have Minimum 1 year experience working for a Canadian or US Company.
• Prior Knowledge of Canadian/US Tax regulations would be an added advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily bookkeeping on Online including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations for our operation.
• Maintain accurate and upto date financial records in compliance with Canadian laws.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Generate ad hoc financial reports as requested by management.
• Ensure timely preparation and filing of federal and state tax returns.
• Monitor actual performance against budgets and report variances.
• Address Internal & External Auditor inquiries and ensure compliance with financial standards
