Applied Control is seeking a Vibration Asset Specialist to manage predictive maintenance programs, including route-based and remote monitoring systems. You will perform vibration analysis, balanceings, laser alignments, and troubleshoot machinery across industries from a home office with periodic site visits.

Candidates should hold Level II Vibration Analyst certification (Level III preferred) and have experience with PdM, AMS/Bentley Nevada hardware, and remote monitoring concepts.

Qualifikationen

• Certified Level II Vibration Analyst required.
• Certified Level III Vibration Analyst preferred.
• Certified Level II Thermography preferred.
• Experience with PdM programs and vibration data collection.

Aufgaben

• Conduct independent vibration analysis using Full Spectrum Analyzer and vibration software.
• Deliver accurate analysis reports to enable proactive maintenance and reduce downtime.
• Oversee multiple PdM program databases and reporting systems.
• Enhance machinery reliability and customer satisfaction while reducing costs.
• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting and support to customers.
