Job summary

Applied Control, headquartered in Englewood, CO, seeks a Vibration Asset Specialist to manage PdM programs across multiple sites. Responsibilities include on-site balancing, laser alignment, and supporting cloud-hosted PdM applications while delivering high-quality vibration analyses.

The role emphasizes remote and on-site customer support, with extensive travel to client sites and strong collaboration with customers to optimize machinery health and service contracts.

Qualifications

• Certified Level II Vibration Analyst is required.
• Certified Level III Vibration Analyst is preferred.
• Certified Level II Thermography is preferred.
• Experience with Dynamic Balancing and Laser Shaft Alignment is preferred.
• Experience/knowledge of Route-Based Predictive Maintenance is preferred.
• Proficient in vibration analysis tools, software, hardware, and basic servers/networks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent vibration analysis using Full Spectrum Analyzer and Vibration Analysis software.
• Deliver accurate analysis reports to enable proactive maintenance and reduce downtime.
• Oversee multiple PdM program databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and well-reported.
• Enhance machinery reliability and performance to boost customer satisfaction.
• Ensure clear communication between Analyst and Customer and maintain reporting quality.
• Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting support; assist with problem resolution.
• Build strong customer relationships to enable service renewals and expansions.
