Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Vibration/Maintenance expert to oversee vibration analysis programs for 100+ facilities. The role leverages AI and GP proprietary systems to maximize value and asset health.

The ideal candidate will be based within an hour of a major airport and operate remotely across the US, traveling up to 50% to sites for QA/QC and sensor installations. ISO Level II+ and SKF/Emerson CSI experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years maintenance or facilities operations in industrial setting.
• ISO Vibration Level II or higher required.
• Proficiency with SKF/Emerson CSI or equivalent vibration toolsets.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Analyze plant-wide vibration data from remote monitoring of site assets.
• Communicate findings and recommended actions to assigned plants.
• Coordinate with regional technicians for additional site analysis.
• Develop workflow for future remote monitoring projects with data analytics input.
• Occasionally visit sites for QA/QC and execution support.
• Assist in sensor installations as needed.
