Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze title insurance risks and underwriting issues.
• Provide underwriting solutions per company guidelines and law.
• Handle residential and limited commercial transactions.
• Present training seminars for title agents and staff.
• Maintain outstanding customer service while underwriting decisions.
• Collaborate with sales staff and title examiners; travel within the state.
• Support remote team environment.
