Dev Technology Group is seeking a Senior UI/UX Front-End Design Lead to drive strategy and design execution for a large federal agency. You will lead UI/UX initiatives, create reusable design systems, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver modern interfaces across React, Power Platform, and other stacks.

The role requires 8+ years in UI/UX design and implementation, strong accessibility expertise, and experience leading design efforts across multiple applications in Agile settings.

• Serve as UI/UX SME translating requirements into high-performing interfaces.
• Drive UI/UX best practices ensuring usability and accessibility across programs.
• Establish reusable component libraries and design systems with Bootstrap, Material UI, and Trussworks.

• Collaborate with product owners, designers, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Shape modernization roadmap with leadership; adopt frontend tech trends.
