Responsibilities

• Own daily territory and hunt new business opportunities while servicing provided leads.
• Grow pipeline through self-gen, referrals, networking, and community presence.
• Assess client needs, conduct in-home water tests, and present tailored solutions.
• Apply sales strategies to close more deals and write bigger tickets for higher commissions.
• Use follow-up techniques to explore additional equipment opportunities and referrals.
• Establish trust and long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Coordinate with service and installation teams for a seamless customer experience.
• Track activity and results to stay aligned with goals.
• Provide weekly updates and pipeline reports to Sales Manager.
