Job summary

The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is seeking a Program Manager Senior II, Director, Multifamily Asset Management in the Division of Credit Assurance (DCA). The MF Director oversees the team responsible for monitoring the physical and financial condition of multifamily housing projects and conducts compliance reviews to manage risk and ensure loan performance.

This leadership role reports to the DCA Director and Deputy Director, handling asset management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college and/or university.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Multifamily Asset Management team responsible for monitoring the physical and financial condition of multifamily housing projects.
• Conduct compliance reviews, analyze risk and plan strategies for loan default, payoff, foreclosures and disposition.
• Assist the DCA Director and Deputy Director with asset management transactions, loan workouts and enforcement, mortgage insurance programs and divisional administration.
