Qualifications

• 1–3 years paralegal experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software (LexisNexis, Litify, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents, including discovery requests and responses.
• Manage multiple cases, organize case files, track deadlines and coordinate with clients and other parties.
• Lead the discovery process: gathering, reviewing, and drafting responses.
• Conduct basic legal research using online tools to support attorney strategies.
• Communicate with clients, update on case progress, and address concerns.
• Identify gaps in processes and create new organizational systems to support timely case management.
