Job summary

You will draft documents, manage caseloads, supervise junior staff, and coordinate discovery under attorney supervision.

The role emphasizes strong organization, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently while mentoring junior paralegals and improving process workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years paralegal experience required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in standard office software and legal software (Lexis Nexis, Litify, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Draft and review complex legal documents and discovery requests.
• Manage multiple cases, deadlines, and client communications.
• Coordinate discovery processes and supervise junior paralegals.
• Lead and mentor junior staff on procedures and case management.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to support attorneys.
