Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a seasoned Modular Construction Project Manager to lead prefab modules from preconstruction through installation and closeout. You will coordinate MEP systems, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with building codes while driving on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in modular construction, proficiency with Procore and Autodesk BIM tools, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of PM experience in prefab/modular construction or heavy modular projects.
• Proficiency with Procore for project management, documentation, and field coordination.
• Proficiency with Autodesk suite for BIM coordination and clash detection.
• Strong scheduling skills using MS Project or Primavera; ability to manage complex, linked schedules.
• Budgets, forecasting, change orders, and cost-control experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead prefab/modular construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules; coordinate factory fabrication with on-site installation.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, change orders, and monthly invoices.
• Coordinate MEP design and installation; resolve trades conflicts.
• Oversee off-site manufacturing with fabrication vendors; ensure quality and logistics to site.
• Supervise site installation, run construction meetings, manage subcontractors, ensure safety and quality.
• Use Procore for documents, submittals, RFIs, daily reports, and communication.
• Use Autodesk tools for model coordination and constructability reviews.
• Ensure codes, permits, inspections, and jurisdictional coordination are met.
• Manage client/stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates.
