Job summary

Zwicker & Associates, P.C. seeks an Associate Attorney to join our litigation team. This entry-level role offers full training and no billing hours, with attorneys focusing on hands-on litigation work, courtroom advocacy, and strategic case management.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery; arguing at hearings and trials; coordinating with the team; and traveling to courtrooms as needed.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in Nevada.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients at hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials, including case strategy development, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and presenting oral arguments.
• Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, discovery, etc., in active litigation files.
• Review litigation case files and pleadings to determine appropriate action.
• Communicate effectively with team members and outside parties.
• Travel to various courtrooms within the branch office footprint as required.
