Job summary

Harley-Davidson is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the migration of the Legal Department's billing platform from CounselLink to Brightflag. You will oversee the full project lifecycle and coordinate cross-functional teams across Legal, IT, Finance, and procurement to ensure timely milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing system implementations, migrations, or technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration of the Legal Department's billing platform from CounselLink to Brightflag.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and communications.
• Coordinate and facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams (Legal, IT, Finance, Procurement, vendors).
• Partner with IT to understand integrations, dependencies, and technical requirements.
• Oversee interactions between Brightflag and existing enterprise systems (e.g., SAP).
• Track deliverables and ensure milestones are met on schedule.
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple deadline-driven workstreams with accuracy and pace.
• Ensure all project documentation, testing, and implementation plans meet requirements.
