Job summary

Vision Innovation Partners seeks a Financial Analyst to create and enhance financial/opera- tional reports, support budgeting/forecasting, and ensure timely, accurate financial analysis. The role partners with leaders across the company to provide actionable insights and improve reporting through automation and visualization.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in finance/FP&A, strong Excel skills, and a desire to automate processes.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related finance role is preferred.
• Demonstrate a high-energy level, a sense of urgency, responsiveness and client-service approach.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly financial and operational results, including actual-to-budget and period-over-period variance analysis.
• Assist with the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasts.
• Maintain financial models to support planning and decision-making.
• Support the thirteen-week cash flow projection process with the accounting team.
• Develop and maintain KPI calculations and reporting for management insights.
• Create recurring and ad hoc financial reports and dashboards for leadership.
