Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and variance analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills with large datasets and complex reporting.
  • Experience with Power BI, SAP, Hyperion, or similar reporting tools is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Perform variance analysis and provide insights into financial and operational performance.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Assist with reporting automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Create meaningful reporting packages for leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Support month-end and quarterly financial review activities.
