Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker for our branch network. You will retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and recommending deposits, loans, and other banking products.

The role focuses on delivering personalized service, leveraging technology, and building internal partnerships to meet customer needs and drive growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of customer service and sales in banking or related fields.
• Background check including fingerprints per NMLS regulations.
• Bachelor's Degree and 1+ year customer service in banking preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, and sourcing referrals.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.
• Educating customers on how to use online and mobile banking capabilities.
• Maintaining knowledge of all products, services, technology and policies.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
