Job summary

Alight Solutions is seeking a Defined Contributions Client Leader to own end-to-end service delivery, client satisfaction, and risk management. You will lead governance, advisory, and global talent alignment across teams and partners while supporting renewals and regulatory readiness.

The role requires 10+ years in Defined Contributions and strong advisory, communication, and leadership skills. Flexible working and travel are part of the expectations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Defined Contributions and client-facing environment.
• Acts as a positive change agent internally and externally, leading with influence and credibility.
• Exceptional communicator with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; able to translate strategy into clear vision, direction, and actionable outcomes.
• Creative, innovative problem solver who challenges the status quo and drives practical solutions.
• Highly collaborative, proactively building partnerships across the organization to achieve shared results.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain strong client relationships at all levels, proactively bringing forward ideas, insights, and solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor by leveraging industry best practices, benchmarking, prevalence data, and analytics to help clients set goals, solve problems, and identify risks or opportunities.
• Lead and participate in regular client relationship, stewardship, governance, and oversight forums, including executive reviews and committee meetings.
• Lead global DC talent alignment and ensure staffing and capability to support the account.
