Job summary

Censeo Consulting Group is seeking a Defined Contribution Consultant to support modernization and recompete efforts for the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board. You will conduct industry research, collect and analyze data, plan projects, document processes, and develop client deliverables for a complex, national program.

The ideal candidate will work with senior SMEs, agency stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, reports, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, finance, or related field.
• 1 year of defined contribution, recordkeeping, or related industry experience (early career).
• 4+ years of defined contribution/recordkeeping/plan administration experience (mid).
• 10+ years of experience in defined contribution or related field (senior).
• Experience gathering, validating, and analyzing qualitative or quantitative data.
• Experience using spreadsheets to analyze information and build models.

Responsibilities

• Support research and analysis related to defined contribution plan administration, recordkeeping, technology, customer service, market trends, and industry practices.
• Gather, compile, validate, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from agency, industry, and market sources.
• Conduct benchmarking and comparative analyses of recordkeepers, plan admins, products, technologies and service models.
• Support current state discovery, gap analyses, and development of future state recommendations.
• Assist with project planning, workstream coordination, timelines, milestones, and risk tracking.
• Develop and maintain analytical models, spreadsheets, narratives, and configuration guides.
