Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering required.
• Professional engineer (PE) license or CCM preferred.
• 10+ years in construction, design, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, assignments and pursuits.
• Serve as primary client liaison and oversee project teams for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead development of proposals and interview presentations.
• Interface with clients to create new business opportunities.
• Lead teams in preparing design documents, technical plans, and reports.
• Provide roadway design guidance and manage project scope and staff.
• Analyze design options using best engineering practices.
• Check plans, calculations, and cost estimates for accuracy and standards.
• Assure quality control through development and review of plans and specs.
