Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, evaluate, and administer construction-related contracts and design agreements, solicitation packages, amendments, change orders, and payment documents.
• Develop front-end contract documents and procurement requirements for compliance with standards, laws, and regulations.
• Coordinate and manage public and private solicitation processes (IFB, RFP, RFQ) and bid openings.
• Facilitate contract execution with required approvals, insurance, bonds, and documentation.
• Maintain contract records, procurement files, and electronic contract management systems.
• Support negotiations on terms, pricing, schedules, and scope changes.
