Job summary

Insight Global in Chicago is seeking a Client Onboarding Advisor to act as the primary point of contact for commercial clients during onboarding—from initiation to account opening and setup of Treasury and Payment Solutions.

The role requires coordinating with Sales, Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Client Service to ensure a smooth, compliant experience and timely transition to ongoing service.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of banking experience with knowledge of solution implementation.
• Experience coordinating end-to-end onboarding, incl. commercial account opening, approvals and handoffs.
• Experience supporting basic to moderately complex Treasury and Payment Solutions implementations.
• Strong client-facing communication skills to lead onboarding calls, meetings and training sessions.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk management, QA, and audit-ready documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the onboarding lifecycle.
• Own and coordinate the client experience from initiation through implementation and transition to ongoing service.
• Manage multiple onboarding engagements with timing, quality, risk, and compliance expectations.
• Coordinate account opening activities, required documentation, approvals and handoffs.
• Oversee setup, configuration, testing, and implementation of Treasury and Payment Solutions based on client needs.
• Develop and maintain implementation plans, milestones, responsibilities, and status updates.
• Lead onboarding calls, implementation meetings, and training sessions to support adoption.
• Educate clients on product functionality, requirements, and support resources.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Client Service and external stakeholders.
• Identify risks and gaps; drive timely resolution with partners.
• Ensure client information, documentation, and records are complete and audit-ready.
