Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and education for members and providers.
• Connect members to health plan and community resources.
• Handle inquiries as front-line support and document records.
• Support onboarding and send welcome letters and materials.
• Maintain non-clinical member records per state requirements.
• Refer to benefits and Social Determinants of Health needs.
• Adhere to policies and standards.
