Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience performing preventive maintenance and diagnostics of building automation systems.
• Engineering concepts, programming, job start-up and checkout, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work in various conditions (ladder work, ducts, confined spaces).
• Must have fluent English communication and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies.
• Collaborate with Service Sales, Client Service Managers, and RAM Digital Service Center staff.
• Follow safety requirements and complete training as outlined.
• Maintain tool and test equipment; complete service ticket documentation.
• Provide system operation instructions and assist with customer training.
• Identify system discrepancies and suggest upgrade opportunities; assist in pricing repairs.
