Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish & English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Experience in customer service, admin, scheduling, or sales support.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Tech‑savvy; quick to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact with customers and subcontractors via phone, email, and messages.
• Coordinate and dispatch subcontractors; manage scheduling and updates.
• Handle inbound inquiries, quotes, objections, and close sales as growth path matures.
• Maintain accurate customer records and project notes in the CRM; track progress.
