Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a part-time BCBA located in Eastern Maryland to provide clinical oversight, treatment planning, staff supervision, and caregiver support. The role blends telehealth with in-person service delivery, supervision, caregiver collaboration, or field visits as required, not fully remote.

Qualifications

• Requires current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Active MD LBA license required.
• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, treatment plans, reassessments, and program updates for an assigned part-time caseload.
• Review data and adjust treatment based on progress and clinical need.
• Supervise and coach RBTs and BTs in accordance with BACB and organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, providers, and internal teams as appropriate.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical, payer, and authorization documentation.
• Communicate availability and coverage needs clearly.
