This role offers a competitive salary between $80,000-$115,000, relocation packages, and a collaborative work environment. The BCBA will be involved in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and mentoring support staff while working in a flexible scheduling framework.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state).
• Comfortable working with families and providing in-home services.
• Previous ABA Experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and progress reports.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train BTs/RBTs.
