Job summary

A leading therapy provider is searching for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Portland, Oregon. This role focuses on conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and supervising ABA technicians. Qualifications

• Valid BCBA Certificate is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans.
• Provide support during family conversations regarding assessments.
• Graph data and adjust strategies to ensure progress.
