Job summary

Clario is seeking a Reader Invoicing Specialist to ensure accurate reader compensation, invoice processing, and financial compliance across imaging studies. You will reconcile activity data, validate invoices, and resolve payment issues while coordinating with Finance, Project Management, and Reader Operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2+ years in invoicing or related operations, with strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of invoicing, AP/AR, or similar operational roles.
• Experience in regulated environments preferred.
• Strong Excel skills for reconciliation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Generate, validate, and process reader invoices for imaging reads, training activities, consultations, and study-related services.
• Reconcile reader activity data across internal software applications and financial systems to ensure invoice accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to read counts, activity tracking, invoicing, and payment processing.
• Support monthly accrual activities through preparation of estimated and actual reader fee reports.
• Maintain accurate reader records, credentials, financial documentation, and audit-ready files.
• Coordinate with readers regarding scheduling, capacity planning, and invoice inquiries.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounts Payable, Project Management, and Reader Operations to resolve issues.
