Job summary
Clarvida in California is seeking a Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst to optimize front-end revenue cycle performance across programs. You will serve as a subject matter expert in eligibility verification, payer requirements, authorization management, and billing readiness, partnering with clinical and operations leaders to drive data-driven improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a healthcare/analytics field.
- 3+ years in revenue cycle, billing ops, or payer ops.
- Experience interpreting Medi-Cal, Medi-Medi, and payer requirements.
- Experience with EHR and billing platforms (IRIS, Avatar).
- Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.
Responsibilities
- Analyze front-end revenue cycle workflows and eligibility verification across programs.
- Interpret Medi-Cal, Medi-Medi, commercial payer, authorization, and eligibility rules.
- Develop and maintain revenue cycle procedures and controls.
- Identify risks and coordinate corrective actions with leadership.
- Review billing errors and trends to find root causes and improvements.
- Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and operational reports.
