Job summary

Clarvida is seeking a Revenue Cycle Operations Analyst to join California Operations as a subject-matter expert in eligibility verification, payer requirements, and financial clearance. You will analyze front-end revenue cycle performance, support billing readiness, and drive process improvements across multiple programs.

In this role, you will collaborate with clinical, operational, and leadership teams to reduce billing risks, develop KPIs and dashboards, and present actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years in revenue cycle, billing, or related analytical roles.
• Experience interpreting Medi-Cal, Medi-Medi, commercial payer, eligibility, and claim readiness requirements.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience with EHR and billing platforms (IRIS, Avatar).

Responsibilities

• Analyze front-end revenue cycle workflows and billing readiness across programs.
• Interpret payer requirements and provide operational guidance.
• Develop and maintain revenue cycle procedures, controls, and best practices.
• Identify risks, coordinate corrective actions with leadership.
• Review billing errors and trends to identify root causes.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and operational reports.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Deliver training on payer requirements and billing readiness standards.
