Job summary

RC4Vets LLC is seeking a React Developer to work remotely on modernizing a VA.gov-based system. You will code React components, collaborate with UI/UX, and help plan deployments while meeting compliance standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of experience, a BA/BS in engineering or technical disciplines, and strong communication and analytical skills to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of work experience in related role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technical field.
• Excellent communication skills and analytical ability.
• Experience with Agile Methodology and Scrum.
• Experience with versioning tools (Jira, GitHub) and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Builds and codes applications and modules in React for VA.gov environment.
• Develop the front end of a system modernization in React.
• Maintain high standards of excellence within the team and establish good practices.
• Assist in gathering user requirements, user stories, estimates and plans.
• Assist with integration processes and documentation on project status.
