Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• US citizenship with ability to obtain a Public Trust background.
• 10+ years as a front-end developer with senior/SME experience on IT/government projects.
• Strong React/JavaScript expertise with accessibility and federal standards.
• Experience with CI/CD and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical authority on front-end architecture and accessibility.
• Guide design and development of responsive, accessible UI using React, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Ensure compliance with USWDS, ODG, and WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and back-end engineers on technical approaches.
• Mentor front-end developers and conduct code reviews.
• Support CI/CD integration for front-end deployments.
• Architect reusable UI components and optimize performance.
