Job summary

Pomelo Care, a leading virtual medical practice for women and children, seeks a licensed Registered Dietitian to provide evidence-based nutrition counseling via telehealth. You will join a multi-disciplinary team and commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week, delivering care across metabolic and gut health areas.

You’ll work with dedicated providers and therapists, document in EMR, and uphold privacy and care standards.

Qualifications

• National RD license with ability to practice in any US state.
• Minimum 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Ability to commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort with telehealth, video visits, and EMR systems.
• Strong communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care.
• Collaborate with multi-specialty care team to ensure holistic plans.
• Guide patients through multi-week programs for lifestyle changes.
• Provide nutrition therapy focused on metabolic health and gut health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with standards.
